You will play an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our premium apartments and boutique mini-hotels.

• Welcome guests and support check-in/check-out processes
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with bookings
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate guest services (luggage support, airport transfers, etc.)
• Inspect units and ensure readiness before guest arrival
• Replenish amenities when needed
• Prepare and submit internal reports
• Support other operational tasks as assigned

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required)
• Own a motorbike and willing to travel within District 1
• Strong communication skills (clear, polite, confident)
• Good physical health
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
• Willing to contribute to team goals
• Open to feedback and proactive in communication
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage

• Gross Salary: 11,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND
