Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/out
• Respond to guest inquiries and support their bookings
• Handle guest complaints and solve issues professionally
• Assist with luggage, airport pick-up coordination, and other guest needs
• Submit simple reports as needed
• Support other tasks as assigned to keep everything running smoothly

Requirements:

• Vietnamese fluency is a MUST
• English proficiency is a MUST
• Must own a motorbike and be ready to travel between properties in District 1
• Strong communication skills (polite, clear, and confident)
• Good physical health and high energy
• Punctual, reliable, and respectful of commitments
• Not afraid to speak up, ask questions, or seek support when needed
• Willing to follow standards, contribute to team goals, and take feedback constructively
• Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, tourism,…) is a plus
